Who's the addon king?

Post by adonshae »

Okay, here it is. After a brief discussion in raid I've decided we need to know who the REAL mod-whore is.
This will be on the honor system so play nice. Just list out all the addons you use on a regular basis, not the unloaded ones your too lazy to delete (You know who you are).
Anyone is invited to compete!

p.s.-My money's on Desari :P
*In Star Trek I'm the ensign nobody knows in the landing party*

P.S.-I have no idea who this Xion person is.....

Hehe noobs,

As of this posting I have over 200 files in my Addons folder, 13 of which are Blizzard's UI. My screen isn't that crowded to be honest with you (see vids), and the information is nice to have.

When I did BC beta I got used to not relying on mods for a long time before they came out with mods that would work for it. I find that I have a much more enjoyable experience just using the mods I most depend on.

For me that would be some sort of damage meter, whether it be DM or SW Stats. Also boss mods and there are some aspects of ctmod that I had been using for so long I was shocked to find that they were coming from a mod lol. Casting bar mods are nice but the blizz in game casting bar is really quite good. SCT is also pretty important imo. But beyond that I try to stay away from all the superfluous random mods out there. It makes patch days much less stressful, and I can't stand a cluttered screen.
