Microsoft owns Halo though, so I don't see how this would work out. MS would most definitely want to cash in on a Halo MMO.

yeah that's the one thing i see making this not true. but i mean Activision did sign up with bungie with a 10 year deal.

Yeah, but Bungie doesn't own Halo... At least, that's what I've seen around the net.

I checked, Bungie doesn't own Halo... 343 Industries (Part of Microsoft) is in control of the IP right now...
