Sitting in a small bar (microbrew) in Michigan, drinking something called a Whitsun (pretty good) and I ask for a menu for a quick appetizer.

Do you remember the pic from last year of a buffalo wing chain that had a sign out front that said something like "Eat here. Cooking 300!"
