It looks like SWTOR is going free to play this fall. There's a gamespot article on it here but basically it's looking like you can play for free but you have to do micro transactions to unlock raiding content and stuff.

P.S. The wikipedia page on this game says that it's estimated it cost between 150 million and 200 million to develop this game, making it the most expensive game to develop.... ever.

There were some recent lay-offs at Bioware too. One of our old guildies was a victim of that :/
