Its pretty straight forward...

all you need is a DVD reader and some free software off the net

i found that "anydvd" will rip pretty much any dvd (heh)

anydvd is not free though, but i think you can use it for awhile, and its pretty easy to find a crack for it on the net

No idea but I am a whiz at British history, so just ask away if you don't get the DVD's going.

I would like to make a copy of a miniseries on DVD (Simon Schama's A History of Britain), but I'm not sure how to go about doing it. Anyone have any insight into the process or the software necessary? If you are crazy helpful, you might earn yourself a copy via mail...
