Bummer that you didn't have the equipment to do this (a buddy's dad, a farmer, found this truck with a bunch of stolen metal in the back. Figured he'd keep the truck from going anywhere until the owner, the farmer, and the cops had had an opportunity to chat; and he's got a backhoe...):

haha thanks for all the comments. Unfortunately on my way to work yesterday the truck had been pushed out onto the public road (we can't have it towed from public property) and when I got home after work at 6pm it was gone.

We still have his cell number that he so kindly left behind though and we wrote down his plate #.
