the sequence is:
1) pickpocket boss #4
2) do stealthy quests
3) get stage 1 daggers
4) collect raid stuffs
5) do more stealthy quests
6) get stage 2 daggers
7) collect more raid stuffs
8) kill deathwing
9) get legendary daggers
