T4 can be seen by walking to the vendor in shattrah, and looking at them in the dressing room. you can only see your class' set as well.

i was reading about a rogue with those daggers too. since it does magic dmg it hits harder on plate in pvp etc. some rogues were also using cloth +dmg gear (the netherweave stuff is pretty decent) and getting some 1800+ ambush crits on plate (afaik this is only currently possible on clothies).
