Neltharion's Tear is a level 83 trinket with 44 spell damage and 2% to hit. No other trinket is level 83 in the game.. that trinket like... 2x as good... no way it can exist!

Sentinel, I was told the legendary quest item starts the quest for the legendary trinket.

That trinket looks to me like it's pretty worthless.

A legendary that only procs on death? bah... and it better be 99.9% chance to proc because we shouldn't be dying often.
