Well, I don't see anything specifically about today being the patch day on either the wow website or when I log in. Anybody know if today is really the day!?

Well, Smeegil said that they really wanted the patch to come out today but it was delayed. So no patch this week. Perhaps next week or the week after.

And here I was thinking we would have talent updates, Naxxramas, world events, etc. I'm relieved that after 18 HOURS we'll only have to worry about random server cripling technical issues due to new hardware and the timing of pushing the "on" button. Thanks blizz.

Aye, it sounds like Hyjal and those 4 other realms are genuinely being moved to a completely new datacenter/set of servers. It'll be annoying to have the downtime and inevitable startup bugs, but it'll be worth it if the new hardware and redistribution of population works. (Instead of just an 'upgrading' of the existing hardware like we supposedly got months ago).
