I heard on the radio people in California are trying to get a bill that would legalize marijuana for people age 21 and older. Because of the economic crisis, people are looking for a way to obtain funds. Putting a 50 cent tax per ounce would generate over a billion dollars. People have been trying this for years if not decades, but If anyone had a link, do post! I'm too lazy to type a couple words on a search engine.
