That trinket looks to me like it's pretty worthless.

A legendary that only procs on death? bah... and it better be 99.9% chance to proc because we shouldn't be dying often.

well they finally make a pally/druid/hunter item. although I would give pally and druid first take at it before the hunter, just because.
