I'm a fan of Apple products (for the most part), and a proponent of doing what makes one happy (as long as it doesn;t hurt yourself or others), but even I think camping outside of the Apple store for a phone is ridiculous waste of time. There are about 30 people waiting in line for the new Iphone at the Palo Alto Apple Store in this photo I took tonight. Total fail.

queuing for the iphone is pretty ridiculous. it's not like the 3g or 3gs actually sold out on the first day anyway. i'm waiting for the white ones

whatever. good for reading email, surfing the web, playing some games. about as good as my netbook overall and not too different in price.
