I can imagine the sports commentator saying something like...

"And representing the [random nationality] for the Pairs' Synchronized Pole Dancing competition, Crystal Dick and Corrie-Leah. You know, I saw this pair practicing their routine in a local peeler bar and they awed the crowd with their fine form and acrobatics; even despite the randiness of the drunken spectators. Unlike any other Olympic sport requiring silence and concentration, I think these women require thrive on being yelled at to take their clothes off. BTW, I knew someone in highschool with the name Cystal Dick. I just thought it appropriate to use her name in this context.
