Sometimes I hold down the PTT button on Vent when the dog is excited. Here's Pepper super excited to go visit her friend Hemi.

Cool. I looked at all of them. Our dog definitely has some similarities. I noticed you cut their tails off? Any particular reason for that?

Also, Pepper was nearly impossible to train. We had huge problems training her to go outside and still haven't taught her to stay in the yard when we let her out. She tests her limits all the time. Hugely stubborn outside, well behaved inside. She is very hyper too, as you saw from that vid.

I really want my own dog, but it has to be one of two breeds: An English Mastiff or Jack Russell Terrier.

I like the size (Having a dog that weighs as much as me or more is pretty tempting) and temperament of Mastiffs, but their short lifespans and high cost of living expenses are pretty significant drawbacks. The JRT lives a lot longer and is way smarter, but I don't want to be perceived as one of those trendy lap dog people. I've been on the fence so long that most people say that I'll probably never end up getting one, but I swear that I'll own one at or before the age of thirty. Its one of my long-term goals.

A friend of mine has a JRT, it's a total jerk. He hates all other dogs, is vicious and attacks them. He will even bite people if they offend him.
