Need some help here. I believe my son infected my pc. kaspersky found 4 trojans when I did a scan, all of them were win32 exe files. one was agent and another one was hu... some. Everytime I I try to open IE it locks up. any help?it also locks up with spysweeper.

if kaspersky found the problems, cant it purge them too? seems odd.

There is a sorta "safe mode" for internet explorer / i believe its under start -> all programs ->accessories->system tools.

click on "Internet explorer (no add-ons)"

if that lets you in, click on "tools" then "internet options" then "advanced" and then hit "reset"

once that is done, open up IE the way you normally would.

i would suggest downloading malwarebytes antimalware and superantispyware, update them both, and run a full scan in safe mode.
