I haven't used my degree nor have I had a job in over 2 years which really sucks. I can't get anything because I'm over qualified or not enough experience. It's the old catch 22 going on right now for me, well in some aspects at least. Anyways, I'm looking to see if C++ is still the same as it was in like 2008 or has it changed a lot. I tried to use 2010 but it seemed like nothing I wrote did anything. That the header files had changed along with most of the language.

Any tips of where I could find some tutorials or maybe explain what I might be doing wrong. I want to start using it again to try and add to my resume if able, even if it isn't anything amazing it still could help.
